Sunny weekend in London

Hi guys, I hope you had a nice weekend, mine was really good, it was about 20 degrees in London for the entire Saturday and Sunday. I guess the Royal family has such a big power, they are able to make London hot and nice for Harry’s wedding. Friday night after our usual drinks & dinner we went to the cinema and watched Deadpool 2, was as fun as the first one except I didn’t have any subtitles this time, pretty hard to get every single joke but I think I understood most of it. Also I am so into Ryan Reynolds at the moment he is definitely one of my favorite actor. Saturday I went out for brunch at L’ETO was very good, I didn’t get the chance to try their desserts, but for sure next time, I will give a go. After that we did some pictures (as usual), chilled to Hyde Park, had few drinks at the Prince (very cool bar in London). Even if I didn’t really want to see Meghan & Harry’s wedding it was all …

Best food place in Stockholm

Food is always a big part of my every travel I do, as soon as I book my hotel room and my flight tickets I start looking at the restaurants. Stockholm have a large food scenery and it was pretty hard to make a decision on where to go. I have no regrets on the ones we finally choose to go. Daily’s café and bistro (http://dailyscafe.se/). As soon as we arrived in the city we dropped off our suitcases and went straight to brunch at Daily’s café and bistro. The omelet is their specialty, we took the big one and a goat cheese salad to share, I really wish they open one in London. Crème (http://www.cremestockholm.se/) My favorite brunch was Crème, it’s has been almost a year I am looking forward to go to this place, I was dreaming about the tuna salad and it didn’t disappoint me at all. I wish I could eat this dish every day, I am really into seafood at the moment. Greasy Spoon (http://www.greasyspoon.se/). Last brunch was more English than Swedish it was eggs royal but instead of the hollandaise sauce and English …

What to do in Stockholm

Have you been to Stockholm? If the answer is yes, you already know how beautiful this city is, for the ones who didn’t have the chance yet, let me explain to you why it should be your next city trip. First of all, the Swedish, they are so friendly and helpful, I don’t know if it’s because we went during one of the hottest weekend of the year but everybody was super kind to us. Secondly the food, we went to the nicest restaurant and had really tasty food, I will do a proper post on this very important topic later. Thirdly, the city, Stockholm is really beautiful, surround by water we had so much fun walking around and discover the city which is actually quite huge compared to what we expected. So what to do in Stockholm!? For me as usual, my weekends are balanced between walking around, drink wine & try as much restaurant as I can. The first thing we did (obviously after brunch) was the Fotografiska museum and luckily the theme of the exposition was ‘’Devotion! 30 Years of photographing Women’’. We spent about …

Romeo + Juliet at Backyard cinema

Do you remember the Miami cinema (Miami Beach in London) we went last year with Lorene? We liked it so much that I thought it will be the perfect birthday gift for her, this time the movie was Romeo + Juliet and it was in a proper Chapel. The stage was amazing, they got a choral who sang all our favorite movie song. We had a great time watching one of our favorite movie, thanks god we knew already the story and the dialogue because Shakespeare is definitely very hard to understand in English.

Namibian favorite hotel

I am not a big fan of resort hotels, I prefer a charming place instead, as you know I fell in love with the Eco hotel Azulik in Mexico few years ago (Azulik where dreams came true!), and since then I never went to such a beautiful place again. When we arrived in Moon Mountain Lodge I was very excited about our staying there. I had my own house with a private pool and a king size bed, I know it was insane!! My favorite part was my panoramic view from my bed and of course the stunning sunset and moonrise through the golden mountain.
